It will be a while before we see those beautiful flowers at the clinic again…in the meanwhile….tips on brighting up your mood and energy:

  1.  A full spectrum light placed on your bed stand and shone on your face for a few minutes on waking is a great way to stimulate hormones that stimulate a better mood and more energy
  2. vibration plates or trampolines stimulate circulation in the body that can trigger more positive emotions

3.  Based on Chinese Medicine, consider a daily facial massage to encourage a feeling of alertness as there are many organ channels pass through the facial area. I particularly like this video by a fellow acupuncturist:
