Daily we are exposed to more energy currents and fields then ever. ElectroMagnetic (EMF) stress can be natural from the earth such as with a thunderstorm or electrical from outlets, electronics in the home, lights, screens, wifi, bluetooth, electrical towers etc.

High Exposure to Radio Frequency Radiation is Associated With Cancer ( in Male Rats for this study)
The $30 million NTP studies took more than 10 years to complete and are the most comprehensive assessment, to date, of health effects in animals exposed to RFR with modulations used in 2G and 3G cell phones. 2G and 3G networks were standard when the studies were designed and are still used for phone calls and texting.
No research has been done on the proposed 5G cell phone networks.
The RFR exposure was intermittent, 10 minutes on and 10 minutes off, totaling about nine hours each day in this research…easily the exposure we have daily.
Why else should we care?
These stressors have been shown to interfere with melatonin production, such as the blue light off of screens that triggers your body to belief it’s noon time versus night for example. Melatonin in decreased amounts interferes with it’s cancer protection properties, brain cleansing (metals included) properties, and deep restorative sleep help.
Dr. Klinghardt of the Sophie Instititute, has documentation of data collected in Germany where the molds and bacteria in our body and homes release 600x as much mycotoxins (these can’t be killed) when exposed to wifi….similar to how a skunk when afraid, emits a smell. These toxins are known to negatively effect our brain and nerves just as a start.
EMF EXPOSURE LIMITS – is it all bad ?
Many different EMF exposure limit standards have been published national and international standards. There are many variables that determine
the basis of these standards, including: EMF frequency, length of exposure, and affected body
part(s). One thing to note is that the IEEE and most Western European limits are based on the
thermal impact of EMF on the human body, whereas the Russian and Eastern European limits
focus more on dose over extended exposure periods.
Most important is to detect amounts you are exposed to while you sleep or areas you spend 5 hours or more in for example.
What you can do?
Your sleeping surface is important to sleep quality. Metal bed frames and metal spring mattresses are not recommended because they can act like an antenna for EMFs. If you are able, try using wood frames with no springs instead. Memory foam mattresses don’t contain metal but can act like a sponge for toxins released from your skin and sweat. Memory foam also off-gasses toxic chemicals. Though they can be expensive and may not be as durable as some commercial mattresses, organic mattresses made from latex or other natural substances are best for optimizing sleep.
You can purchase a emf detector to determine if you are exposed to high levels in areas you spend much time in and to test if any changes you have made, have made a difference. Or you can have a professional do this for you or my clinic can be contacted to do this service for you. A meter that can also be used to assess what is being emitted from your body or from what is in the surrounding area.
Fabrics can be used to canopy the bed, a location or position change of the bed can be made, a tubed cord for cell phone calls can be used etc. and all these changes can be checked to ensure they do reduce exposure levels with the testing device.
Be sure to purchase a plug in timer that automatically turns off your wifi at night and keep all electronics a minimum of 2 feet from your body.
Leave cell phones off or out of your room.

Lowering levels of EMF in the home environment can reduce or resolve sleep problems for many.
It can lower the sense of tension also and may help reduce your cancer risk. It also negates the harmful toxic spray off by molds (called mycotoxins) that can live in your body as well as in your environment.
There can be other more complicated reasons for sleep and health problems that need to be addressed by a healthcare professional. Prescription sleep, anxiety and steriod medications are short-term solutions that should only be used as a last resort.
