I have officially fallen in love with this herb!
In traditional Chinese medicine and well proven in my own life this herb is a great addition to your every day, for keeping you strong to resist infection and for when you are at risk of infection and for when you are ill.

This herb is used in culinary circles but with 1 tsp of dry herb per cup of boiled water I suggest you have this daily as a warm tea. I am even known to drink this cold as my daily water.
