Based on your individual needs, he can target certain areas through various manual/hands on techniques to treat whole-body systems. Focuses on applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Useful for chronic aches, and contracted areas such as the upper and lower back, tight leg muscles, or a stiff neck. Also great for breaking up scar tissue and ‘knots’.

An alternative therapy originating in China, it involves placing upside-down ‘cups’ on the skin, creating a local suction. This can facilitate healing with blood flow, help loosen muscles and sedate the nervous system.

Used to treat sensitivity and tightness in the tissues that support and surrounds the muscles throughout the body. Utilizes sustained pressure into connective tissue in order to reduce pain and restore motion.

The most common, best known massage genre in the western world, serves as the backdrop for Chad’s treatments. Stimulates and flushes the circulatory system, releases tight muscles, relieves pain. Gentle or firm pressure, it’s always beneficial to relax! Typically performed with oil/lotion on the skin, but can be effectively modified for over clothing.

An often self-treatable therapy, this remedial treatment is applied to specific points on tender muscles. It can bring a reduction in muscle tension, and local or referred pain relief. Chad works with you to reach these difficult areas and teach you how to self-treat.

The manipulation of muscles and other soft tissues of the body can improve health and physical performance. Massage can relieve pain, stimulate circulation, and loosen bound-up tissues caused by injury or associated with trauma. It can free the body of spasm, pain, and cellular waste products, increase range of motion, and help prevent future injury.
